360º engagement: Youth marketing with integrated social media campaign
The Client: CITB (Construction Industry Training Board)
The Project: I worked with CITB for a number of years on a variety of briefs across a couple of brand refreshes. This campaign was to raise awareness of the variety of careers available in construction in a way that engages with 14-19 year olds, to help make pre-GCSE and post-A level decisions about their future study and careers.
The Apprenticeships campaign delivered over 274,000 unique visits – a huge 182% of the target. The Attracting Talent strand of the camapign achieved 110% of target.
This project won a prestigious Transform Branding Award. I worked closely with the the CD and SD on the creative and design of the campaign creative.
