Redeveloping an existing brand

Quebec Quarter, an L&Q residential development in Canada Water, London, including private sale and shared ownership properties. I managed the team that worked on the project. We began working on this after the initial brand development work had been completed by a competitor, developing a broad range of sales and marketing materials for the launch of the development, aimed at domestic and international purchasers.
THe client asked us to take on the update of the original branding, and complete the integrated property marketing ready for the initial launch. The team worked to enhance the design and branding that had been started, working to produce sales & marketing materials, this included lifestyle and local area photography, hoarding designs, marketing suite wallboards and window decals, totem signs, sales aid boards, press and digital advertising with continuous advertising material support.
Sales and marketing materials for the shared ownership element of the scheme were created from the overall brand, and sat perfectly alongside the private sale materials. This included the shared ownership brochure, sales wallboards, integrated messaging and advertising. The campaign launch was successful , coinciding with the launch of phase one. In the first month alone, 40% of properties were reserved.
What my client said:
“Taking on an existing brand at Quebec Quarter, a large new build development in Canada Water, the team have been very adaptable, developing the brand further and refreshing any collateral necessary.”
