I lead the team and worked closely with the Strategic Director to win this competitive pitch. We named the residential development St. Agnes: a high-specification, Georgian-style L&Q development in Kennington. This project presented a conundrum: how to convince potential buyers that a housing association can provide luxury properties at the top-end of the market, in an area which had been not necessarily seen as favourable.
We completed a naming exercise for the devlopment, St Agnes, named after the local historic St. Agnes Church. Following this, we produced a flexible and stunning visual identity and brand guidelines. The residential campaign included branding, newspaper and online advertising, sales literature, site hoardings and signage, through to designs of the on-site sales and marketing suite. Within three weeks of launch, 70% of the private sale apartments released in the first phase were reserved, well above expectations.
