360º commercial property branding: Thames Valley Science Park

Client: The University of Reading

Thames Valley Science Park, developed by the University of Reading in collaboration with a number of corporate stakeholders. The plan – to develope a new knowledge economy, targeting technology-led companies seeking both a great location with direct access to the high-quality research and graduate support from the University.

I lead and worked directly with the creatives and strategist on the project, liasing with the client to ensure the brief was pushed to reflect the project ambition. I found myself liasing and presenting to a large number of both corporate and university stakeholders. We delivered brand strategy, the brand, a logotype and comprehensive brand guidelines for use by the in-house team and stakeholders.
